At the beginning, MGA GROUPE BE started as brokerage house and was involved initially in facilitating deals bringing together buyers and sellers of Oil Products. Our involvement in business deals and our determination to achieve our objectives quickly became our strength allowing us to establish the bridge of trust between Western, Asian and African Oil Markets. Involved for over a decade in the negotiations on the lease or sale of mining concessions and Oil Blocks in few Africans Countries, negotiating production sharing contract between States and private companies in oil production, the idea of working on our own appeared as an evidence. By their respective experiences, Our Team has expanded his position to implement global strategy as responsible partners of Oil platforms, products and applications.

The key lies in the unit cost analysis, whereby each element in product cost is deeply analyzed and cost objectives established.
Improvement is achieved by finding solutions to the difference between actual costs and objective costs.
Once an improvement is implemented, a new objective cost is set, leading to the most rational cost structure possible.

Bonuses are given as a reward to an employee’ in proportion to performance.
At the same time, performance is also used as a factor in each employee's annual evaluation.

The Division system
To prevent the growth of the Company from hampering the efficiency of operations, the Group realized the division system to correspond to the principles of producing and marketing unification, as well as responsible operation. The Group is composed of several divisions, with the purpose of arranging its own sales and production operations and set its own targets according to the needs of its organization, manufacturing processes, and product lines. In addition, the profit center concept is implemented throughout. Each center is grouped by product, with independent profit and loss statements. Through comparative analysis of financial reports, costs and revenues, areas for improvement can be easily identified for further operational rationalization.
